HOW DO I ORDER A CUSTOM CHAIN AND CUSTOM PADLOCK?
When ordering your chain then choose "No connector" and add it to your basket. Then add your custom padlock separately to your basket. Padlocks ordered through the chain product page will be blank.
HOW MANY KEYS DO I GET?
You'll get 2 keys with each padlock - 1 for your alpha/owner and 1 spare key for you. We're unable to provide extra keys or replacements.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO MAKE?
Quality takes time, so please expect 2 - 3 weeks for your custom padlock to be created.
